11th Annual MODERN ARNIS Winter Training Camp
February 3 & 4, 2007

What will be covered?
Modern Arnis is unique and simple to learn and great exercise.
Workouts will cover all aspects and experience levels from beginner to advanced. No previous experience is necessary. You will learn; cane strikes, blocking and disarming with canes and empty hands, forms, knife disarms, joint locks, sweeps and throws, disarms with joint lock reversals, trapping hands, cane sparring and more.
Camps like this one are designed to rapidly train the student with sufficient fundamentals to be able to conduct a Modern Arnis program at their school. A certificate will be awarded, for hours of training, to those who attend. Through follow up practice and teaching experience, the student is able to eventually earn the right to test for belt rank in this respected system.
