The Martial Arts can really arm you with a host of positive mental and physical

will teach you about setting goals, leadership and taking responsibility. These
qualities more than any other will help to ensure success in life.
Our classes will help you develop physically. Our programs increase speed, stamina
and strength. You will also develop better balance, coordination and timing. This
will help in all other sports and activities.
Martial Arts teach self defense skills that could save your life.
Classes are offered for all ages 5 and older and breakdown into the following age
groups:
Tiny Tigers: Age 5 to 7
Little Dragons: Age 8 to 10
Juniors: Age 11 to 15
Adults: Age 16 and Older
